Cabinet Maker & Production Planner

Kate manages the full project preparation process at KBPH, including site measurements, material ordering, and production and installation plans for production and installation. She also oversees custom components and specialty projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality at every stage. With over 16 years at KBPH, Kate started through a co-op placement before completing the Cabinetmaking and Furniture Technician program at Algonquin College. She returned to take on a wide range of hands-on roles in the shop, building a deep and practical understanding of the entire cabinetry process.
